Klim
Klim is an American company that makes the ultimate in technical motorcycle clothing for adventure riders for biking either on or off road. Working only with top brands like Gore-Tex, YKK, BOA, Cordura, Koroyd and D3O. What makes Klim special is that it is a company that stands apart from the crowd. You won't find a version of another companies' product. What you get is unique, well thought through, properly researched and tested products that will work for motorcyclists out in the real world.
If we were to cut to the chase and try to explain what Klim is about, I think we would suggest that this is an organisation that is totally product focused. The place is run by ‘gear geeks’. Klim is all about the product. Funnily enough, there actually aren’t many motorcyclists in the motorcycle apparel manufacturing business. And one of the results of this is that the clothing that comes out of most motorcycle clothing brands doesn’t get tested in anger before it goes into production. Klim is different. At Klim everybody rides a motorcycle. They ride in the gear before it goes into production to make sure it is going to do what it’s supposed to do. They test it almost to the point of destruction, and they care about the tiniest details. For the real adventure rider, in the UK or around the world, Klim is a brand you must consider.
Here at Motolegends we have been a seller of the brand for a number of years and are certainly one of the biggest UK stockists for Klim. The company has only been making gear since 1999 but it has become the best in the field. Their pursuit of the highest quality fabrics and materials is unrelenting and, to an extent, they have pioneered the use of Gore-Tex laminates in the off-road arena. But no company puts more time and energy into real-world research. They don't follow trends or fashion. They are interested only in gear that works on the bike; gear that works in the most extreme of conditions, and when it is being put through its paces by the most committed of riders, Klim’s gear works. It is not the cheapest, but it works. It will always keep you dry, keep you cool, and keep you safe. Such is their belief in their product, Klim has an unprecedented life-time warranty on their products.
We have more trouble keeping Klim gear on our shelves than getting rid of it but there are sometimes great items to be had in the Klim sale section.

Scott Ergo Pro DP rain trousers in black
14-01-2025. As always, the information on the Motolegends websiteYouTube and the delivery service from Motolegends was impeccable, especially just prior to Christmas. Thank you! I am writing this review but I have not used my Scott Ergo Pro DP Rain Jacket, Yellow size medium and Scott Ergo Pro DP Rain Pants, Black size medium long 40 female! in the great British wet weather yet! I will edit when I have. I have a friend that I ride with and he swears by his Scott suit. To give some idea of sizing, which I always find helpful in a review I am 5 11 Height, 4042 Chest, 3234 Waist, 3334 leg length. I purchased a size medium jacket STT0092M. Size medium long 40 pants STT01540 female longer leg length. The jacket and trousers pants will be worn over a Richa Cyclone drop liner Gore-Tex D30 jacket and trousers suit, size large or a pair of Richa Concept 3 trousers, size large, or a pair of Halvassons single layer jeans, size 50. I will either be wearing a pair of Forma Adventure Dry boots or Daytona Travel Star GTX Boots. The Scott jacket and trousers fit quite snugly over all of my motorbike outer gear. The jacket appears to be a snug enough fit so as not to balloon across the shoulders if air gets under it when riding, but lose and stretchy enough to not impede my movement or control of my bike. I do think that the length of the arms might be a little bit short for me, but I cant justify going up a jacket size to accommodate a slightly longer arm length. I have a slightly longer than average leg length. So, having read other reviews prior to my purchase I went with the medium long 40 size over trousers. They fit perfectly. Again, like the jacket, quite snug, but stretchy enough to not impede movement and the longer leg length fits well when sat in a riding position on my bike. The elasticated cuff on the bottom of the trousers stretches enough to allow closure with the calf length zip around and over my motorbike boots either Forma Adventure Dry boots or Daytona Travel Star GTX Boots, for reference. Perhaps this zip could do with being a bit longer to assist with getting the over trousers on and off, this is only a minor criticism. If the zips were longer this might impact on the waterproof integrity of the over trousers. The high waist is a great feature, hopefully preventing the pooling water around the crotch area working its way under the jacket and soaking the midriff area. Theres a useful elasticated draw cord to assist with keeping the trousers up. All in all, a great purchase at a reasonable price. Thanks, Motolegends.

Klim Outlander GTX boots in black
Wow these boots are amazing! I am wearing them on our bike adventures around Thailand and I rarely take them off. They feel just like a Timberland boot, super comfy and still protective. Best gear purchase I have ever bought.
