Now the first thing to say is that this high-end, adventure-cum-touring jacket has been designed exclusively for ladies. Although it is similar in spec. to the mens Latitude the shaping and detail is very much spec'd for ladies. There shape is very good. It has proper adjustment at the waist as well as hip adjusters so will fit a myriad of shapes. The chassis of the Altitude is a 2-layer, laminated, Gore-Tex Performance Shell. This means that the jacket will never wet-out, and if it does get wet, it will dry out quickly. In high abrasion zones the jacket features extra-strong 600 denier Cordura panels. You also get leather panelling on the elbows. Level 1, D3O vented armour comes as standard in the elbows and shoulders and Level 1 Viper in the back. To ensure a proper fit, there are adjusters on the forearms and biceps. There are no less than six vents on the Altitude to help you stay cool in even the hottest conditions. Pockets are almost as prolific. And obviously the jacket has a zip to enable it to be connected to any Klim pant. For a more detailed size chart, please see here.
