Richa Houdini jacket in black

The padded mid-layer jacket has become the favourite option for motorcyclists in recent years having always been a staple for mountaineers and walkers.

This Richa version, called the Houdini, is made with Primaloft. It can be worn as a mid-layer or on it's own as a destination jacket. The jacket features three external pockets and two internal. It has cuffs with thumb openings so you can keep your hands warm and an adjustable elastic cord on the hem. The lining is a soft tafetta.

Somewhat bizarrely there are armour pockets in the Houdini but there is no abrasion resistance to the material so you would need to be wearing an abrasion resistant outer to create proper protection.
