The Sara PMJ high-waisted is so called because it was basically designed by our MD, Sara Linney. A higher waist is important on a ladies jean. There is another high-waisted jean on the market. In fact that jean was also designed at our behest. It is made by Rokker. It is a fabulous jean, but it is simply too expensive for many people. Which is why we took the same concept to PMJ. Their jean is A rated. It’s a single-layer jean made from a mix of cotton and Twaron. It has a slide time a little over two seconds but, of course, as a single-layer pant it delivers that level of abrasion resistance everywhere. The jeans come fitted with armour in both the hips and knees. They fit really nicely, especially given that they also have a bit of Elastane woven into the fabric. They are, it has to be said, similar to the Rokker jeans. But, if anything, they are even nicer to wear. They’re not quite so protective, but they are less than half the price.

Amy: Comfortable, Protective, Stylish
The single-layer denim material is very comfortable and they really look like fashion jeans. My waist measures 38 and the size 36 fit perfectly. I even had enough room underneath for my Knox shorts with knee and hip armor. The back of the jeans is quite high, but just right for riding. They were long on me, but I have a 27 inseam, so I just rolled them up. They fit over my short Daytona boots and my TCX blend boots with no problem. They stretch everywhere! I will buy them again. As usual, Saras review was completely accurate!

These are easily the best motorcycle jeans Ive ever tried! They arrived on Friday and I rode over 200 miles in them on Saturday - they are super comfortable and after months of having to hoik my jeans up after getting off the bike because the weight of them was pulling them down and because the waist wasnt high enough, the PMJ Saras are a joy! Yes, I love these jeans. They fit me! Why is it so difficult to find clothes to wear that fit ladies who ride motorcycles, have we not worn clothes before? Mark my long suffering husband bought these jeans for me after seeing the review from Sara and hearing me go on about low rise jeans. They fit great, look great and I just need some decent weather to wear them.
