Rukka Comfo-R jacket in black

The Comfo-R stands out as part of the Rukka collection in that its waterproofing comes courtesy of a drop-liner membrane rather than a laminated one. The outer shell of the jacket is a 500 denier Cordura, but what makes this such a supremely comfortable jacket is that the Cordura is woven with stretch. Extra panels of 500 denier Cordura are laid over the elbows and shoulders for added abrasion resistance. On the subject of protection, the Comfo-R comes with Level 2 D3O armour in the elbows and shoulders. A Level 1 protector comes as standard in the back. Waterproofing comes courtesy of Gore-Tex. For warmth, the jacket has a removable, 60g. thermal liner. You get full-length, zipped vents up the flanks and two exhaust vents in the back. For adjustment, there’s a popper arrangement on the biceps. You get velcro straps on the hem and also at the ends of the sleeves. The main zip is backed with a storm flap and a rain channel, so no water is getting into the jacket this way. The jacket has two water-resistant, external pockets and two waterproof, internal Napoleon pockets. The neck is lined with corduroy and Neoprene. You also get a concealed storm collar in the back of the neck. There’s a full-length zip that enables you to connect the jacket to any Rukka pant. The Comfo-R is an amazing jacket, but you won’t believe how comfortable it is until you try it.
