Rokker Rokkertech Tapered Slim jeans in black Product Information
The Rokkertech tapered slim jeans now come in black. The jean was first produced by Rokker exclusively for Motolegends. It is a lighter weight jean than the original Rokkertechs but still meets the AA level under the latest EN 17092 regulations. Impressively they recorded a slide time of 6.96 seconds when tested on a Cambridge machine at SATRA. This makes them 50% stronger than leather. The tapered slim fit is very similar to the standard, ‘sim’ fit. It is very marginally wider in the thigh, but very marginally narrower at the ankle. Importantly, however, there is 30% more stretch in the fabric than there is in the standard Rokkertech. This makes these jeans particularly comfortable to wear, but the stretch also allows a taller, touring boot to be worn inside the jean (just, and not if it has a big plastic pad on the front). At our behest, the jeans come with a zip, and not a button, fly. They are also supplied with the latest, super-thin D3O Ghost armour and, for the first time ever, this is a Rokkertech that comes with adjustable, knee pockets.

Size Chart
Please note the waist size on these jeans is similar to a high street jean. They measure one to two inches bigger than the listed size. But, so do your Levis or similar!
Order these jeans in the same size as you would your street jeans and they should be about right.
Remember also you may need an inch longer than your street jean to allow for wearing on the bike.

Jim Mac: Comfortable and smart
Did a 200 mile round trip in these to take the bike for a service and to see my old mum. They were super comfortable to ride in and then respectable enough to sit and have a cuppa and a chat. Get them.
Matthew Wood: Worth the Money
I bought a pair of the 1st generation single layer Spidi JDyneema jeans but they were never black actually a dark blue, so not a great start but fit and worked well all season. Friends were getting hit and bothered in traditional heavy Kevlar jeans. A deal came up for these Rokkertech jeans in black. I liked the idea of a slimmer fit, so went for it. I should have went a size smaller but otherwise, the fabric and fit is excellent. Genuinely like wearing a normal pair jeans.
John: Great Riding Jeans
After reading and watching many reviews I decided to try these jeans. At 64 I wanted a longer leg and was really please with the fit. Off the bike they just look and feel like regular quality jeans, on the bike the armour sits in the right position and is barely noticeable. The slight stretch and fit allow them to be worm all day. Overall very happy, might invest in the blue one too.
Ed: Cool and comfortable
Look like normal jeans. The flattering fit is quite tight round the calf muscles. I found for that for all day touring I preferred the Rokker Legend, less flattering but slightly more comfortable.
Neil: Seriously jeans that look like jeans
So many good things to say. Fit is excellent. Not baggy. Material is like real jeans. Comfortable with some stretch. Not heavy. Do not have horrible seams where you dont want them or zips on the knees. D30 fits in fabulous pockets not velcroed in to the jean. Ample room for boots. You could wear these all day long and nobody would know you are in bike clothes.
Alessandro Pozza: Fabulous product!
I am extremely happy with my purchase of these jeans, they are really very comfortable and the adjustable knee armour position makes it a breeze to have the protection where it should be. Soon Ill get another pair!
Dave: Best jeans ever
I already have the waterproof Rokker jeans and they really are waterproof. So I bought the tapered slim jeans for Summer riding and they are the best riding jeans ever. The Ghost armor is so slim you would forget it is there
Brian Sprott: Great fitting jeans
Was on the fence with these given the cost but neeedn't have worried. Great product and you can hardly feel the armour in these. Fashionable jeans that don't sag when you get off the bike. A great purchase
Rob: Cracking - comfortable, cool, look good
Fantastic jeans. A slim fit with plenty of stretch makes them flattering and they really do look like normal jeans. My partner told me off for riding in normal denim until I made her feel the knee armour, which is a vast improvement over previous Rokker jeans in terms of quality D30 Ghost and ease of adjustment. With the slim fit you may need to go longer in the leg than other Rokker jeans as I did. Comfy, look good, protective - nothing to not like.
Rob: Rokkertech light tapered jeans
Excellent product, finally found some protective jeans that are comfortable to wear all day on or off the bike. Ghost armour very unobtrusive.
