Richa ladies Infinity 2 Adventure trousers in black Product Information
As is the case with most suits, the bottom half of the Richa Infinity 2 Adventure pretty much matches the top half in most respects related to materials and construction.
So the same 600 denier outer chassis with panels or tear-resistant Ripstop. The same kind of zippable panels that open for venting, albeit this time on the thighs. Areas of SuperFabric for abrasion resistance. Concertina stretch above the knees, four external pockets, and long zips to enable the pants to be worn over adventure boots.
And, of course, you get the same 10,000 g/m2 removable, waterproof liner.
Like the jacket, the pant is A-rated for abrasion resistance. The one thing that really upsets us about these Richa pants, and Richa has got form for this, is that the trousers do not come with hip armour. And to us that comes across as really penny pinching. This is not a super-cheap trouser, and at this kind of price point we sort of expect manufacturers to have some sense of responsibility. The right thing is to supply these pants with hip armour, because in some ways hip armour is more useful than knee armour. Obviously, Richa decided not to, in order to hit a price point; but to us this just seems a little cheap. Hip armour is not, in our view, an accessory; it's a mandatory.
Other than this, the pants are up to scratch; every bit a match for the jacket. They only come in one leg length which is not going to suit many people. Personally I would mtch the jacket with a pair of jeans and a waterproof of required!
