The J-Cruise helmet has now been replaced by the Shoei J-Cruise 2 with updated features. As with all Shoei helmets you can change cheek pads and centre pads.

Shoei Neotec 2/GT Air 2/J-Cruise 2 Sena SRL2 comms system - SAVE £45 when purchased with a new Shoei helmet
Bought this with my new Neotec II as didnt want to retro fit my PackTalk into the new helmet. YBH I was already pretty hacked off with the Cardo system, so this was a welcome improvement over that system. The Mesh system was never of use to me and despite a few integration issues with my TFT on my GSA, Ive been well pleased only down side are the buttons really are too small for gloved hands which might be due to winter gloves, so look forward to improving this as we move into SpringSummer.
