Arai Concept-XE helmet | Arai retro helmet
The Arai Concept-XE helmet is the EC22-06 compliant new version of the Arai Rapide which was first produced in 2020. The Concept XE helmet is a great looking retro lid that comes with the thoroughly modern features and top level performance that you would expect from a leading motorcycle helmet manufacturer like Arai. There are many retro helmets on the market, but in truth most of them are form over function. They might look the part, but most of the competitors to the Concept-XE don’t fit well, they are noisy, let the rain in and so on. Venting on most is an afterthought.
The Arai Concept XE has the up to date 21st century functionality in an eighties aesthetic. It wears like the good quality modern motorcycle helmet it really is. It is quiet, has a visor that seals properly against a rubber gasket, comes with variable venting and a 120 Pinlock in the box. It is a thoroughly modern full face helmet that is going to look the part on anything from a modern, sit-up bike to a retro machine or cruiser.
You can change cheekpads and inner liners to help make the Arai Concept-XE helmet a perfect fit. Buy online from Motolegends with free next day UK delivery or visit our shop in Guildford for a personal fitting service.

Arai Concept-XE helmet in React brown
Pulled the trigger on the Arai Concept-XE helmet in React Brown - really pleased with the helmet and service from Motolegends. The helmet is very stylish, comfortable with great venting airflow and peripheral vision is very good. Thank you!
Arai Concept-XE/Quantic VAS-V Max Vision visor dark tint
Fantastic visor and great customer service. Was dubious as to whether the price match plus 10 would work. After contacting the company for the visor and the helmet, true to their word they price matched and took the extra 10 off. Also great you can escalate any emails to Christopher Paul if needed who is responsive. Will use motolegends for anything needed in future.
Arai Quantic and Concept XE Sena ACS10 comms system - SAVE £30 when purchased with a new Arai helmet
As advertised, this is designed with the Arai Quantic in mind. So the fit and install are relatively easy. So far, I havent used the phone or music functions, just the SatNav, and the sound quality is really clear. Fit wise, the speakers sit nicely into the pockets in the helmet, so no interference with my ears. Its a simple system, and streamlined, so probably prevents increased wind noise to. The only things for consideration are, the fact that as the system is integrated, your helmet has to be to where your socket is as opposed to taking the comms unit off the helmetnot really a big deal. Gaining access to the charge connection can be fiddly, and I am conscious that as it is in between the lining, there is a potential that it might overheat when charging upso far, I have not experienced that, so just a thought. Overall though, I am pleased how it works and looks and to be honest, I dont need all the latest gizzmos and functions, as most of us never use them.
