Micro-Start XP-1 jump starter (Gen 2) Product Information
This is the second generation of the XP-1. The original XP-1 jump starter was so reliable, robust and powerful that everything else paled in comparison. We offered the original version for a number of years; and so good was it that we saw little point in stocking anything else.
The XP-1 is the most compact of the three Antigravity power packs that we offer. It is powered by a Lithium-Ion battery, and this new version represents a significant upgrade over the original in terms of performance. And although the larger XP-10 and XP-20 are more powerful, the XP-1 will start any motorcycle. Indeed it will jump start a V8 car or truck. But whereas the other two models are simply too large to carry on the bike, the XP-1, whilst not tiny, is probably of a size that can be accommodated on all but the most spartan of trips. It's only a little larger than the largest IPhone, the IPhone 13 Max, although it's four times thicker.
Visually, the XP-1, with its ribbed case, looks a lot more purposeful than the old model, but perhaps the biggest difference in this respect is the in-built digital screen that shows how much capacity the battery has left.
The XP-1 has a 12,000 Ah capacity; that's a little over 44 Watts. It delivers a starting current of 400 Amps, with a peak current of 2000 Cranking Amps. Of course , not only can it jump start your bike or car, it can charge all manner of electrical items such as phones, tablets and laptops.
It will deliver a 30 Watt charging capability through USB-C and USB-A ports. The XP-1 can also be re-charged through its USB-C socket, with a charging time of around two hours. The XP-1 comes supplied in a carry case, with a set of chunky, crocodile clips, and a USB-C to A cable. The unit also incorporates an LED flashlight with three different beam modes.

Ben Langmead: Ill never travel without this again
What a fantastic bit of kit. My battery ran flat over a particularly brutal Glasgow winter so I ordered this next day delivery and had the old girl started in no time. For its size it is a very impressive item and comes with just about everything you would ever need and more.

Having seen the value of this on the Motolegends womens' trip to France last year I thought it wise to purchase one for out Italian trip this year. It has more functions than my Swiss Army Knife that I never leave home without Great item, indispensable now!
Mark Gallagher: Mr
Excellent piece of kit, used it already to start a Mercedes Diesel van with a flat battery and to keep my phone charged over a long weekend. Well worth the cost
