Held Sabira ladies leather jacket in brown Product Information
Here at Motolegends we reject nine out every 10 leather jackets that are presented to us. Most, in truth, are little more than men’s jackets that have been cinched in at the waist and given a new name. Very few have been designed from scratch for women. The Sabira, most emphatically, has been. It is made from a super-soft sheepskin. And there’s no leather that’s softer than sheepskin. The leather has a lovely, beat-up appearance.
There’s a Belstaff-style belt at the neck. You get zips at the end of the cuffs and, most importantly, the jacket has a lowered back that, in our view, is so vital on a ladies’ biking jacket. There are four zipped pockets on the outside of the jacket; there are two more pockets on the inside.
In the key, vulnerable areas, the Sabira is lined with a light aramid layer. And this is important in helping this jacket attain the AA level under EN 17092. CE armour comes as standard in the elbows and shoulders. There’s a pocket for a bucket protector.
Quite simply, this is one of the nicest, most comfortable, leather ladies’ biking jacket we have come across. But lovely as it is to wear, this is still every bit a proper biking jacket.
