Lee Parks DeerTours gloves in black Product Information

We love Lee Parks’ gloves. They are a modern version of the ropers’ gloves used by the cowboys of old. For leather, Lee uses deerskin, which is incredibly tough yet amazingly soft. In fact, deerskin has four times the strength of cowhide. For added abrasion resistance, the gloves are reinforced with a second layer of deerskin on the knuckles and palm. Lee makes his gloves with the minimum number of seams, because it is the seams that are the weak point on any glove. And because he doesn’t like seams he has to use huge pieces of hide. This, and the fact that they are entirely hand cut and hand sewn, accounts for the fact that they are not inexpensive. Obviously, you don’t get impact protection with these gloves, but you do get a higher level of abrasion resistance than you’ll find on almost any glove out there. Buy them tight, and allow them to mould to your hand over time. They will, eventually, become the most comfortable gloves you have ever worn

Graham Ab: Excellent

Had these gloves for a few weeks now. As reviews say get smaller size, they stretch to fit. Very comfy from the word go. They dont feel or look like motorcycle gloves but on closer examination I think theyd be great if the worst did happen. Time will tell but they look like theyll last for many miles

Nick Fielder: best summer gloves

Really good quality, got to get almost too small when new but stretch to fit and become really comfy. prefer to solid armour type and think will give better protection and look cool !

Paul Dyer: My go to glove.

Originally brought these in the tan colour, lasted about 5 years. Im now on my second pair in black. Best gloves Ive ever had, so comfortable and always the right temperature.

Jonny Margrave: Nearly There

Originally wanted the yellow and black slightly different version but they didnt have my size in stock. Excellent service from Motolegends - they are always 5. The gloves fit my hands well - tight but they mould. I get get great feel from them when controlling the bike which you cannot say for a lot of biker gloves. I have dropped 1 star as, like a previous review, I expected them to be fully deerskin but they have reinforcements that are not that comfy. Dont have heated grips so will switch to thicker gloves for the colder months. Still waiting for the yellowblack to be back in stock in my size.

David Berman: Superb hand dying device.

Ive had my pair since 2015. Ridden coast to coast USA and many other adventures. They are my go to glove. They are so comfy and feel great on and off the bike. You can pick up a small screw off the floor while wearing them! Superb in the summer, I have heated grips and like to wear them as long as I can but have a warmer pair with me. They can be washed easily and I have even jet washed them not advised I have tried to keep them supple but haven't yet found a nice food for them. BEWARE! the colour does run and if it rains you will have stains in your hands for a bit. But hey, I am a dirty biker and may swear at your granny! I want to buy a replacement pair in brown please ML

Ian: Great gloves but........

I have rated these 4 out of 5 as I will explain below. I have had these Lee Parks gloves for around a month now and worn them in some very hot British weather. They have been supremely comfortable and have taken no breaking in despite them being a snug initial fit. Motolegends have once again been super to deal with. However I must disclose that the description on the website along with the Youtube video demo is inaccurate, as the tags on the gloves state albeit in small print that these gloves have no elk skin reinforcements whatsoever and that the protected areas are in fact a double layer of deer skin. This fact is also confirmed on the Lee Parks website. I have informed Motolegends of this inaccuracy and have been told it will be amended but I am suprised to see one month later it is still incorrect. So minus 1 for the error.

Peter Cock: Mr

Gloves are great, really soft and excellent quality. I purchased a medium, they are a little tight to get on but once on they fit, well, like a glove! They are a little short in the wrist but I can live with that.

Mark Stride: Great Gloves

I have had these gloves about three years now and use them Spring-Summer-Autumn. If it gets bit nippy then I put the heated grips on in Spring/Autumn. I have used these in nearly 40 degree C in Spain over the last couple of summers and they never make me hot especially when I soak them in cold water then ride them dry! Perfect. In winter I have the same gloves but with the Outlast lining again excellent with heated grips. Quality is superb. Not waterproof but with heated grips they dry out easily so no major issue there. I gave up wearing winter gloves with waterproof membranes years ago. Too bulky with a lot less feel of the throttle, switches, visor and levers! Its not hat cold in SW England so no need for winter gloves! Don't worry Just ride!
