Schuberth C3 Pro helmet in gloss white Product Information
The Schuberth C3 Pro has been around since 2014. It is well proven, and still one of the best flip-lid helmets out there; it is still the yardstick by which all flip-lids are measured. The shell is constructed from a mix of glass, and other organic, fibres. It is also one of the very quietest helmets on the market, which is why it is so highly regarded by high-mileage commuters, international adventurers and professional riders like the Police. The helmet comes with all the features you might expect: Grade 1 optical-quality, outer visor, a drop-down sun visor, Pinlock anti-fog insert, chin and brow vents, a micro-metric chin strap fastener and so on. The lining is infused with Coolmax. In terms of comms., the C3 Pro will house a Sena system called the SC10U that is totally integrated so as not to leave a box on the side of the helmet. More recently, Schuberth introduced a helmet called the C4 Pro. This is not an upgrade over the C3 Pro; it is a different model aimed at the more sporting rider, whereas the C3 Pro is very much aimed at the sports-touring rider.

Pat: Top notch lid!
I was in the market for a new helmet and the C3 Pro came up on a Sunday sale at an amazing price - well done Motolegends. So I took a punt and got one in and havent been dissapointed. The fit was as described, providing a nice snug reassurance right out of the box. Im expecting it to ease with a little more use over the coming weeks - but in no way uncomfortable right now. I like the visor operation, and the fact it has that lip on both sides Ive had brands where Ive had to cross my face to crack a visor. The built in sun visor works as it should, and is a must for me. Ive not yet tested it in warmer weather, so cant comment on venting, but all the signs are good on that front. And its pretty quiet - more noticably so than Sharks and Nolans Ive had in the past - so thats a bonus. I was thinking abou the C5 - but glad I grabbed this deal and got a premium quality lid at mid range prices.

I bought this to replace my wifes Ladyversion. the fit seemed to be exactly the same. Quality great still and looking forward to using on some long tours soon. The old helmet has lasted well but as about 8 or 9 years old was the only reason to change, going this one performs as well. Great service from Motolegends as usual.

Having had shoei's for a long time tried the Roof but sizes didn't go big enough for my head so went for the biggest C3 Pro. Fit was tight but has eased a bit. Quality is high which you expect for the price and noise is certainly better than my old Neotec but that was well worn. Both visors work well and the main one holds its selected position well. Strap has a tounge into lock - ratchet fit which takes time to get used to but works well, it means you can adjust slightly each time you use so if you wear a balaclava or find you need a looser fit when it hot you can achieve this without strap adjustment. The vents work well and with the chin vent open the visor demists very well and you can feel the breeze, having said that its easy to move open or closed when handling the helmet - my only gripe really. All the pads come out for cleaning and whilst its a bit heavier than my shoei, the shape seems to help with wind flow and you don't notice it. Its a premium helmet but if you can afford it I think its up there with the best Jap and Euro offerings.
