The Rukka R-Star is what as know as a two-chamber glove. Now, we are not great fans of the two-chamber concept. It does not do what it purports to do. We simply cannot see any scenario in which you would put your hands in the upper compartment. But put your hands in the lower compartment, and these gloves are brilliant with heated grips. Do this and you’ve got probably the best heated grip gloves on the market. The Rukka R-Star glove is fully waterproof, windproof and breathable thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane and is constructed in high quality leather. Rukka gloves come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. On Rukka motorcycle suits the warranty can be increased to 6 years if the items are registered with the UK distributor. The warranty is against faults in material or workmanship and does not cover misuse, faulty care or normal wear and tear. Rukka will either repair or replace the item if there has been a case of faulty manufacture.
