The Rukka Down-X 2.0 pants are a stand alone down filled mid-layer. They come as standard in the top end Rukka pants like the Nivala 2.0 and the Kinglsey but can be bought separately to wear with some of the lower spec trousers that come without an internal lining like the Kalix 2.0 or the Rimo-R. Of course, they can also be worn with outer trousers from another brand! They have a 110g filling which has a 90:10 down: feather ratio.
Comes with a handy stow bag so easy to carry with you for when needed.
This specification of down pants is the warmest mid-layer you can get without resorting to heated clothing.

Excellent cold weather insulation, used under Rukka Kalix 2 pants. A nice loose fit, didnt make the pants feel tight. That warm I didnt need to turn on the warm and safe heated leggings, though Immight now its a little colder.
