The Laura leather jacket is the top half of Richa’s new-for-2022 sports-touring suit, the chassis of the jacket comprises cowhide with panels of a Spandex-style stretch material in the shoulders, down the flanks and up the insides of the arms. Concertina stretch at the arms further contributes to the jacket’s comfort. At the collar and at the sleeve ends, you get neoprene to absorb the rain, but also because neoprene is soft against the skin. Armour comes courtesy of D3O and comes fitted in the elbows and shoulders. There’s a pocket for an optional back protector. The jacket is rated AA under EN 17092. For cooler weather, the jacket is supplied with a removable thermal jacket. For warmer weather the jacket has perforated panels. On the outside of the jacket are two zipped pockets; on the inside there are two in the thermal liner and two inside the jacket itself. There’s an adjustable belt at the waist. There are zips at the ends of the sleeves. The jacket also comes with both a short and a long zip to allow the Laura to be attached to any Richa pant.
