The Coronavirus will impact on the lives of so many people in so many ways. Indeed, it has done already. Which may explain why, in recent weeks, we have had so many requests from people about commuting; people who often haven’t commuted before. And this makes sense if you want to go into work without using public transport. So, over the coming weeks, we’re going to be recommending different commuting outfits at different price points. For this first video, we’ve put together what you might call a ‘starter’ outfit for those who want to put a toe in the water, and not break the bank. Frankly, we don’t think you can put a properly protective and reliable outfit together for under a grand, so that’s the budget we set. It wasn’t easy, and we eventually missed the target price by a few quid, but even though there are unavoidable compromises at a price point like this, there’s only so far we’re prepared to go.
