I have only used this helmet for 5 days riding the TET in the Nederland, but so far it has been good. Very lightweight, comfortable all day. They say very noisy, but I always use earplugs, and did not find it any noisier than other helmets I have owned. The magnetic strap fastening works well. Quick and easy to use. Have not used the transition visor yet, so cant comment. Venting is good and intercom fitted easy with room for speakers. The things that were a pain, was adjusting the pin lock insert. With an Arai, you just turn the pins with a screwdriver until the pin lock sits properly, but with this Klim you have to keep popping them out of the visor to adjust the pin lock. You risk breaking the pins and it is over fiddly compared to an Arai. Another issue is that you cant have the visor just cracked open for ventilation. The first click position has the visor open about half an inch which is too much. Overall though, it is a quality helmet, very lightweight and comfortable. Overall though, It is a well made helmet, very light
