Moto Skiveez Sport in black Product Information
Moto Skiveez are essentially cycle shorts created specifically for motorcycle riders. They are signed to allow riders to spend longer in the saddle. This particular model, called the Sport has been created for riders of sports and sport-touring motorcycles. The padding is designed to work when the rider is inclined forward and the feet are set back, either below or behind the rider’s seat! With this in mind, specific padding has been arranged around the seat and legs to give maximum comfort. The surface fabric is infused with silver ions which are antibacterial. Inside there's 4mm perforated foam throughout. 6mm memory foam in the main body and 3mm perforated memory foam in the legs. There are corrugations to aid air flow and stop irritation.

Philippe: Bad design
Everything I have bought from Motolegends so far has been of high quality but I have been left particularly underwhelmed by these shorts after buying two pairs. I didnt notice any difference after a 170km ride and, worst, the edges of the padded area rub on, and cut your skin, leaving visible irritation marks. Plus it feels like you are wearing nappies. And one of the main seams unravelled after wearing them only once, leaving a relatively large hole at the front. Get four pairs of Under Armour unpadded shorts for the price of one Moto Skiveez and dont waste your time or money. Disappointing, badly designed, and anything but cheap. They didnt work for me at all.
Michael T: Absolutely a 5!
Over three and a half thousand miles on my 2012 VFR1200F with the original saddle and not a hint of numbness from the glutes, despite a few four-hundred-plus mile days. Seriously impressive and an absolute hack for motorcycle touring. The pad has a very unintrusive quality and the garment feels well made. They must have an anti-microbial quality too, as they dont retain perspiration sweaty gonads in British English odours, either. You really, really will not regret it.
Michael T: Saved my arse
I took a punt on these, due to the paucity of reviews -- Id heard that the standard saddle on the VFR1200F could be testing after a while and I didnt want that risk on a Euroean tour with some c.500 mile days on motorways. Im a 31W but ordered Medium and theyre cut well so are very comfortable around the groin and seat. The performance is astounding. I literally had no dead spots or sore points on the key areas, in fact at one point on a long day, I realised that perhaps I should be feeling a little numb by now, but could feel the pressure pad doing its thing. Like a good cycling pad, these are designed to do a job with some clever tech and are such an excellent investment. After 3,200 miles on all sorts of roads and in all conditions, I wasnt fearful of getting on the bike for a long ride at any point. Any of you who are nodding your head right now will know that you can barely put a price on that... so get em bought! One thing -- itd be nice to know if they have a lifespan i.e. whether the performance of the material degrades and under what parameters.
David Houe: Mr
Really good shorts. Makes riding a sports bike a pleasure not a chore, especially when you are a guy of a certain age and not a spring chicken anymore!
