Helstons Cobra jacket in khaki

The Helstons Cobra jacket in khaki is what Helstons term a 'winterised' version of one of their most popular summer jackets known as the Shelby. Both jackets share the look of the jackets worn by Carol Shelby’s racing team back in the sixties and seventies. But whereas Helstons’ original Shelby jacket was purely a mesh jacket, this version comes full equipped with a fixed waterproof membrane and a removable, aluminium-lined, thermal gilet. As with all Helstons jackets, the Cobra jacket comes fully fitted with CE armour, including in the back. It is a super-stylish jacket that you probably wouldn’t commute or go touring in, but it makes for the perfect, throw-on weekend jacket.
