Kevin B: Most comfortable gloves Ive owned
Ive left it a few days before reviewing these to wear them a few times first. Whilst they dont necessarily feel really warm, your hands dont really get cold either. I volunteer with an organisation that means a lot of riding at night, so they have been well tested. They are all youll ever need if you have heated grips. The best bit for me is the lack of bulk, especially around the cuffs. It makes life easy when getting them on and off and the work really well with both my jackets Rukka and Halvarssons. Brilliant gloves.
Vince: Excellent SummerWiner glove
The mix of leather and textile is spot on with these gloves. The leather palm gives excellent feel of the controls and the outer of the hand is very well protected from the elements. A heavy downpour proved their capability to keep my hands dry and warm. The hook n loop on the short cuff is a bit decorative once I got it set, and on the wrist does a good job of keeping the glove in place. Depending how long you ride in winter then these gloves may be all you need. I have poor circulation in my hands and will need to compromise feel for warmth if I have to ride in really cold weather for long periods 3+hours until then these will do me well.
Vince: Heavy downpour proof.
I bought these to some short cuff gloves to under my new jacket. My hands have poor circulation and these make for a nice warm gloves. The palm side is nice and thin for good touch sense. The outer is thick for warmth. I agree with Chris that these are not an all-winter glove, but todays very heavy downpour of icy cold rain was kept away from my hands. Easy to get on but follow the guidance on how to take them off as the liner does stick to my fingers. Will be buying again for my lass.
GJW: Warm waterproof
Bought these to get through daily winter commute. So far they have kept me warm and dry. I kept saying just how great they are, and then my pillion demanded a pair. I was happy to oblige and order a second pair from Motolegends knowing they will deliver as always.
Sam: Fit like a glove
I needed a pair of full winter gloves so ordered the Halvarssons Wang and the Splitz to compare them. I ended up reluctantly returning these Wangs and keeping the Splitz as I wanted the maximum insulation possible. I can tell you though that they were extremely well made, very comfortable and a perfect fit. I wish I could have kept them. For an everyday glove these would work very well.
