Falco Ace boots in black Product Information
The motorcycle world is not short of what one might call casual riding boots, but we particularly like these ones from Falco; and that’s because they don’t look like motorcycle boots at all. But the Falco Ace boot is not just a pretty face; it ticks all the boxes. The upper is made entirely from leather. In some areas the leather panels are perforated for better breathability in warmer weather. There’s a small extra nib of leather that is meant to serve as a gearchange pad. The boot has a High-Tex waterproof membrane, although of course a short boot is never going to be as waterproof as a taller one. The Aces fasten by means of traditional laces, although you also get a zip up the inside of the boot. This zip makes getting in and out of the boot a lot easier, but as the opening is restricted by the membrane it’s unlikely that you will ever be able to get away with not using the laces. In terms of protection, you get hard counters in the toe and heel areas. The ankles are protected by soft, D3O pucks. At the back of the heel, a band of Neoprene will serve to make the boots particularly easy both to ride in, and to walk around in. The sole is a dual-compound affair. It is hard wearing and oil resistant. There’s no heel on the boot which makes it easier to move the foot up and down the pegs. Interestingly, there’s a bit of a lift in the heel that will provide a bit of assistance to those who find themselves a little challenged by the height of their bike. And we reckon they are bang on the money.

Nick C: Very comfortable and surprisingly roomy
When I received the box my heart sank for I had ordered a 44 when in boots I usually take a 45. I did not want to go through the drama of returning an item to the other side of the world, so there was nothing for it but to try the damn things on. They looked very smart and not like a motorcycle boot at all, so that was a plus. I made sure I wore a pair of medium thickness socks - not dress-shoe thin, but not super chunky either. To my surprise the fit was almost perfect, with a lot more room for my pretty wide feet than I had initially feared. OK, so maybe I wont return these after all. The next big surprise came when I walked in them. Very, very comfortable. Off came the tags. The next day I decided to break them in by wearing them to the office. No bike yet, just driving to work and wearing them as normal shoes for a couple of days. Absolutely amazing. Like a previous commenter wrote, I happily wore these all day long, forgetting they were even designed to wear riding. Well done, Falco. And thank you Motolegends, for the fast shipping.
joseph: Falco Ace riding boots
The boots are stylish ,super comfortable and lightweight.Cant tell they are motorcycle shoes ...The zipper closure is also an added bonus for ease of taking on and off!!!
Mark J: Supremely comfortable
If you are looking for that casual style and all day comfort of a trainer boot but with the protection of a proper motorcycle short boot, these are spot on. Good fit straight out of the box I ordered my normal bootshoe size and once youre wearing them you very quickly forget these are actually for biking in, they are so comfortable to wear and I can walk around in them all day long. Nobody looking would ever know you were not wearing trainers and with riding jeanschinos these boots are great for a ride to the shops, the pub or somewhere further afield when you just want to enjoy a day out and blend in without making the Im a biker statement to everyone else around. Great service from Motolegends as always, I cant imagine buying my gear from anyone else these days.
