The updated version of this is the Arai Tour-X5 helmet.

The Arai Tour-X4 is the original dual-sport helmet. It’s a proven helmet, and one of the best dual-sport helmets on the market. Dual sport means that it can be worn as a road helmet, or just as easily as an off-road helmet. You can wear the Tour-X4 helmet with the visor but without the peak, or with a peak and the visor, or with the peak, no visor, and goggles. It’s the last word in versatility.
