Spidi J&Dyneema Evo jeans in black Product Information
The Spidi J&Dyneema Evo is an updating and upgrading of a riding jean that has been in the Spidi range for many years. It is a single-layer motorcycle jean that is woven with Dyneema, cotton and Elastane. Dyneema is a hugely strong UHMWPE, the same type of fibre that forms the basis of the Armalith fabric that is used by Rokker. The jean is rated AAA under EN17092. We have also had a Cambridge test conducted on this very same fabric, and it delivered a ‘slide time’ of 4.1 seconds, meaning that they are as strong as a pair of leather pants. Obviously, since they are motorcycling jeans, they come equipped with Spidi’s own armour in both the hips and the knees. Their armour is large, flexible and flat, meaning that it is supremely comfortable, both on and off the bike. The jean is black in colour; far more so than its predecessor which was more a dark blue. The Elastane in the fabric mix, also delivers a degree of stretch which, again, aids comfort. The fit is flattering, but not slim. It is a little more generous in the calf area than Rokker’s Tapered Slim jeans.
The downside of the Spidi J&Dyneema Evo is that it is available in only one leg length; and as that length is a pretty long 35” it means that many people are going to want these jeans to be shortened. The good news, though, is that if you have shorter legs there is a full 4” of adjustability in the knee pocket to ensure the armour can be adjusted to the correct height. Obviously, if you visit us in the shop we will undertake any alterations for free.

Why Unbeatable Service ? Two pairs of jeans purchased in the sale beat anyone else by at least a 13rd. But upon encountering problems with the very large parcel delivery business, Motolegends were amazing at refunding my return, even though they have not yet received yet. No one provides this level of service now days and a reminder why it feels like you are buying these specialised products from the very best in this industry. Great Product the Spidi jeans are light single layer but feel solid for both comfort and protection AAA rated. Wanted black pair of jeans to fit in a little better in the workplace without needing to change and these are perfect. Cant thank MotoLegends enough for there Customer Care and great product by Spidi. A star!
