Shoei Hornet ADV helmet
The Shoei Hornet ADV was designed to offer serious off-road riders a helmet that can cope with on and off-road riding equally well. The helmet is well vented with a chin vent, a brow vent, a venting duct in the peak and two scalloped exhaust vents at the back. It is reasonably light weighing in at 1600g and comes in four shell sizes for a lower profile fit. As with all Shoei helmets you can change the head liners and cheek pads up and down for a perfect, comfortable fit. The peak is removable and the goggle can be worn either with the visor or with goggles. Unlike the Shoei Neotec 3, the ADV does not have an internal drop down dark visor.
Buy from Motolegends online with free UK delivery or visit us in Guildford for a custom fit with the new Shoei Personal Fitting Service. We have all the sizes available as well as all the custom pads to improve the fit. The Hornet is the serious contender from Shoei's adventure helmet range and you can compare it side by side with the class leading Arai Tour-X5.
Other Shoei helmets available are the Shoei Neotec 3, Shoei GT Air 3 , Shoei NXR 2, Shoei Ex-Zero, Shoei JO, Shoei J-Cruise-3 and Shoei Glamster.

Shoei Hornet ADV Sovereign TC10 helmet in red / white / blue
Had the Hornet ADV for a few years ridden through all weather. I bought when I got my first ADV Tour bike and also with glasses, the lower chin guard gives more space for air to circulate. Ive loved it and only moved on now with a Neotec II as the peak really does get noisy in strong winds and I found the visor swap a proper fudge, but it didntt really put me off.
