Motorcycle body armour
Protection in motorcycle gear comes in the form of abrasion resistant materials for sliding down the road and armour to protect you against impact. All the armour we stock here at Motolegends is CE approved. There are different levels for limbs and back protectors. We stock different brands but our favourite is probably D3O. D3O comes from a UK company and is the market leader in producing armour that is comfortable to wear but still up to the job at hand.

D3O Diablo Level 2 hip protectors
Perfect upgrade
D3O Diablo Level 2 knee / elbow protectors
bought a marrakesh jacket back in January 2025, forgot to ask about upgrading the armour to level 2, which now im glad about. As now i have the new Diablo Armour, which i am very happy with, its very comfortable, dosent even feel as though i had armour on, it covers more area also, and as for the Marrakesh wow just love it, would highly recommend all of the above, thanks Chris for changing my view on motorcycle clothing
D3O Diablo Level 2 shoulder protectors
I replaced the bulky inflexible Level 2 armour in my RST leather jacket and trousers with D3O Diablo and the difference is night and day - so much thinner, lighter, more flexible. Ultimately the Diablo made the leathers lighter, better fitting, more comfortable. Noticeable in the trousers is the lack of pressure on the knee - with previous armour a minor pressure point can become uncomfortable a real distraction after a long time in the saddle. The Diablo is so flexible and breathable that is no longer a problem and makes all the difference. After trying it in my leathers I immediately ordered a set for my textile suit as well, it is that good. Thanks for introducing this armour Motolegends, you have improved the enjoyment of my rides.
