Richa Stripper trousers in black
I like these trousers. I followed the advice on sizing, glad I did as the 2XL for my 36 inch waist is spot on. I have been wearing them over trousers, long winter jumpers and multiple layers however there is ample adjustment still available in the Velcro waist straps. I thought I might need braces, however the waist adjustment cinched up nicely and the trousers stay up. Short leg length works ok for my usual casual trouser 27 inch inside leg. Just the right length on the bike KTM 790 ADV however off the bike the trousers billow in odd ways, thanks to the fairly rigid zip in each leg not folding like the material and looking crumpled at times. But then they are very easy to remove. These trousers are proving surprisingly comfortable, very cosy in quite cold weather 6c and easy to move about in. Might be a bit much for hot weather. Armour sits in the right places, although the hip armour pockets do move around a lot as they are only tethered at the top edge and can be felt at times as the armour wedges between you and the seat! Not tested in the rain, yet. Overall Im surprised and pleased with these trousers, especially the way the fabric feels. So much so that Id like a regular styled pair of motorcycle trousers in this soft shell material, when circumstances allow.

very comfortable. Even the knee pads are in the right place. For me the waist is loose round the back but if I use suspenders the gap disappears
Richa Arc GTX trousers in black
I purchased these trousers in October 2022 to go with the matching jacket. I would say the suit is OK, but Im not sure I would purchase it again. Maybe because its a laminate, but I would probably go back to a drop liner next time. I ride all year round in the UK and tour Europe, 11k miles last year, I also do observing for the IAM so thought it would be good after reading a few reviews. It can get wet on the front of the trousers at the waist and the rear of the jacket at the neck, with no storm collar. I also had to buy a Rukka Down-X 2.0 jacket, which isnt worth the money, as its not very warm. The braces are removable, which is good and it is wearing well, with no fraying etc. I have several pairs of Richa gloves and a leather jacket which are good. Im just not as impressed as I wanted to be with this suit. A special mention for the price match promise, they honoured this without question and also to Megan in Warranty and Customer Service who went the extra mile and sorted out an issue with the product fantastically well. I will continue to use Motolegends in the future. Many thanks.
