Waterproof Motorcycle Boots

If it rains hard enough for long enough, your feet are going to get wet when you ride a bike, as will other areas of your body. This is a motorcycling reality. A waterproof membrane liner in a boot will help to keep your feet dry, but it's not a perfect solution, as rain can get in over the top of the boot. Tall boots are usually therefore better at keeping feet dry than are short boots. Wearing your riding pants over, and not-inside, your boots will also help keep the rain out. Boots with laces are not going to be the best when it comes to keeping water out. Lorica may be better than leather, although the best leather boots from somebody like Daytona are treated for water repellancy to keep the rain out. One way of keeping your feet dry is to wear waterproof riding socks. They really work!

Held Saxton GTX boots in black

Tony Smith: Practical on or off the bike.

These are a really well made, quality boot that look great, too. Expensive, but the construction and materials are top end. Great to walk in and comfy straight out the box. They are a brilliant touring boot as they can also be worn as a walking, casual and motorbike boot. 5 from me.

Eddie Jaoude: Best gear I have ever bought!

Wow these boots are amazing! I am wearing them on our bike adventures around Thailand and I rarely take them off. They feel just like a Timberland boot, super comfy and still protective. Best gear purchase I have ever bought.

Roy: Great boots

Ordered these boots having been tempted by the 20 boot sale. I should have known better as I have problems with footwear, because I have very wide feet, with a high instep. However, they looked great and I really liked the lacing system, so was disappointed that they were indeed too tight. I returned them asking for a size up. I then doubted myself, having made the mistake before, ending up with boots wide enough, but way too long. So I contacted Motolegends, voicing my doubts to the lovely lady who was professional, kind and understanding throughout, reassuring I wasnt being a clown at all ! I requested a refund instead of messing everyone about ordering another pair, my refund was completed several days later. So thankyou to Motolegends for their ever brilliant service, but especially to the lady that dealt with my call. I will visit soon to try the boots on this time.
